北雪梨 回訪無數次的日式Brunch
哈囉大家，
這已經是自己回訪多次的早午餐店，店家用餐環境很棒，採用大量的淡色色系木頭桌椅，看起來非常舒服！ 而且位置也有很多，是一家狗狗也歡迎的店！ 店員服務也都非常棒！
自己最喜愛的食物就有好多道菜！
鴨胸烹煮的熟度剛好！很特別的用煮過的醃製梅子搭配！第一次吃到的時候令人驚奇的是居然超搭！ 醃製梅子酸度剛好！
明太子義大利麵也很可以！調味很剛好之外！原來義大利麵加上半熟蛋味道也很對！難怪是店員推薦的第一首選！
炸雞比利時鬆餅！ 本來以為只是拍照好看的！殊不知！那個荷蘭醬口味的畫龍點睛之下！讓整份炸雞跟鬆餅更加有層次！

要特別注意！
中午的餐點是11還是12點才開始！因此，如果是特地為了到訪這家店吃日式的早午餐，像是 鮭魚泡飯、明太子義大利麵和Kingfish 蓋飯的朋友要特別留意。
這家店不接受提前預約，需要直接到店，然後點餐可以透過店員點餐，或是個別用手機程式直接點餐！非常方便！

This is a brunch restaurant I've been to many times, and it's a nice place to dine, with plenty of light-colored wooden tables and chairs that seem to be extremely comfy! There are several dining options, so dogs are also welcome! Additionally, the service is excellent!
There are so many dishes such as my favourite cuisine!
The duck breast was cooked exactly perfectly! A pretty unique meal of boiled and pickled plums! I was impressed at how beautifully everything worked together the first time! The acidity of the pickled plums was perfect!
Mentaiko pasta is also tasty! The seasoning was simply perfect! The spaghetti with half-boiled eggs was very tasty! That is why it is the staff's number one pick!
Croffle Fried Chicken Benedict! I assumed it was simply a picture opportunity! But I didn't realise! But I had no idea that the hollandaise sauce was the final touch that elevated the chicken and muffin. It adds layers to both the chicken and the muffin! It is barely enough for half of the muffin 😂!

Be mindful! Lunch is provided at either 11 a.m. or 12 p.m. So, if you're going to this restaurant for Japanese breakfast like Salmon Ochazuke, Mentaiko Pasta, and Kingfish Don, be cautious.
Reservations are not permitted, therefore you must come to the restaurant and order from the staff, or use your mobile phone app to order immediately! Very handy!
